حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ بُدَيْلٌ الْعُقَيْلِيُّ أَخْبَرَنِي قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَامِرٍ الْهَوْزَنِيِّ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ تَرَكَ كَلًّا فَإِلَيَّ قَالَ وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَإِلَى رَسُولِهِ وَمَنْ تَرَكَ مَالًا فَلِوَرَثَتِهِ وَأَنَا وَارِثُ مَنْ لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ أَعْقِلُ عَنْهُ وَأَرِثُهُ وَالْخَالُ وَارِثُ مَنْ لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ يَعْقِلُ عَنْهُ وَيَرِثُهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Affan narrated to us: Shu'ba narrated to us, who said: Budayl al-Uqayli informed me, who said: I heard Ali b. Abi Talha narrating from Rashid b. Sa'd, from Abu Amir al-Hawzani, from al-Miqdam, one of the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said: "Whoever leaves behind dependents, they come to me" - he said, and sometimes he said "to Allah and to His Messenger" - "and whoever leaves behind wealth, it is for his heirs. I am the heir of one who has no heir - I pay blood-money on his behalf and inherit from him. And the maternal uncle is the heir of one who has no heir - he pays blood-money on his behalf and inherits from him."
