حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبَ الْكِنْدِيِّ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ تَرَكَ مَالًا فَلِوَرَثَتِهِ وَمَنْ تَرَكَ دَيْنًا أَوْ ضَيْعَةً فَإِلَيَّ وَأَنَا وَلِيُّ مَنْ لَا وَلِيَّ لَهُ أَفُكُّ عَنْوَهُ وَأَرِثُ مَالَهُ وَالْخَالُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لَا وَلِيَّ لَهُ يَفُكُّ عَنْهُ وَيَرِثُ مَالَهُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَاشِدَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَفُكُّ عَنْوَةً.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hammad b. Khalid narrated to us: Mu'awiya b. Salih narrated to us, from Rashid b. Sa'd, from al-Miqdam b. Ma'dikarib al-Kindi, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), that he said: "Whoever leaves behind wealth, it is for his heirs; and whoever leaves behind debt or dependents, it comes to me, and I am the guardian of one who has no guardian - I free him from his bondage and inherit his wealth. And the maternal uncle is the guardian of one who has no guardian - he frees him and inherits his wealth." Abd al-Rahman b. Mahdi narrated to us, from Mu'awiya b. Salih, who said: I heard Rashid b. Sa'd narrating from al-Miqdam b. Ma'dikarib, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said - and he mentioned the like of it, except that he said "I free him from bondage."
