حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَزَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ أَنَّ رَجُلًا جَاءَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ إِنَّ ابْنِي كَانَ عَسِيفًا عَلَى هَذَا فَزَنَى بِامْرَأَتِهِ فَأَخْبَرُونِي أَنَّ عَلَى ابْنِي الرَّجْمَ فَافْتَدَيْتُ مِنْهُ بِوَلِيدَةٍ وَبِمِائَةِ شَاةٍ ثُمَّ أَخْبَرَنِي أَهْلُ الْعِلْمِ أَنَّ عَلَى ابْنِي جَلْدَ مِائَةٍ وَتَغْرِيبَ عَامٍ وَأَنَّ عَلَى امْرَأَةِ هَذَا الرَّجْمَ حَسِبْتُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فَاقْضِ بَيْنَنَا بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَأَقْضِيَنَّ بَيْنَكُمَا بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ أَمَّا الْغَنَمُ وَالْوَلِيدَةُ فَرَدٌّ عَلَيْكَ وَأَمَّا ابْنُكَ فَعَلَيْهِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَتَغْرِيبُ عَامٍ ثُمَّ قَالَ لِرَجُلٍ مِنْ أَسْلَمَ يُقَالُ لَهُ أُنَيْسٌ قُمْ يَا أُنَيْسُ فَاسْأَلْ امْرَأَةَ هَذَا فَإِنْ اعْتَرَفَتْ فَارْجُمْهَا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abd al-Razzaq told us: Ma'mar told us, from al-Zuhri, from Ubaydullah ibn Abdullah, from Abu Hurayrah and Zayd ibn Khalid al-Juhani, that a man came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and said: "My son was a hired laborer for this man, and he committed adultery with his wife. They informed me that stoning was due upon my son, so I ransomed him with a slave-girl and a hundred sheep. Then people of knowledge informed me that upon my son is (only) a hundred lashes and banishment for a year, and that upon this man's wife is stoning" — I think he said: "So judge between us by the Book of Allah." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "By Him in whose hand is my soul, I will surely judge between you both by the Book of Allah: as for the sheep and the slave-girl, they are returned to you; and as for your son, upon him is a hundred lashes and banishment for a year." Then he said to a man from (the tribe of) Aslam called Unays: "Get up, O Unays, and go ask this man's wife; if she confesses, then stone her."
