حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ أَبُو قَطَنٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ مَاتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَلَاثٍ وَسِتِّينَ سَنَةً وَمَاتَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَلَاثٍ وَسِتِّينَ وَمَاتَ عُمَرُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَلَاثٍ وَسِتِّينَ وَأَنَا الْيَوْمَ ابْنُ ثَلَاثٍ وَسِتِّينَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
'Amr ibn al-Haytham, Abu Qatan, narrated to us, saying: Shu'ba narrated to us from Abu Ishaq from 'Amir ibn Sa'd from Jarir from Mu'awiya, who said: 'The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, died at the age of sixty-three, and Abu Bakr died at the age of sixty-three, and 'Umar died at the age of sixty-three, and today I am sixty-three years old.'
