حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ أَنَّ سَعْدَ بْنَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ مِينَاءَ أَنَّ يَزِيدَ بْنَ جَارِيَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ كَانَ جَالِسًا فِي نَفَرٍ مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ فَخَرَجَ عَلَيْهِمْ مُعَاوِيَةُ فَسَأَلَهُمْ عَنْ حَدِيثِهِمْ فَقَالُوا كُنَّا فِي حَدِيثٍ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الْأَنْصَارِ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ أَلَا أَزِيدُكُمْ حَدِيثًا سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالُوا بَلَى يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ أَحَبَّ الْأَنْصَارَ أَحَبَّهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَمَنْ أَبْغَضَ الْأَنْصَارَ أَبْغَضَهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, saying: Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us that Sa'd ibn Ibrahim informed him, from al-Hakam ibn Mina', that Yazid ibn Jariya al-Ansari informed him: that he was sitting among a group of the Ansar when Mu'awiya came out to them and asked them about their conversation. They said: 'We were discussing something concerning the Ansar.' Mu'awiya said: 'Shall I not add for you a hadith I heard from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him?' They said: 'Yes indeed, O Commander of the Faithful.' He said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: Whoever loves the Ansar, Allah, Mighty and Majestic, loves him, and whoever hates the Ansar, Allah, Mighty and Majestic, hates him.'
