حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْأَصَمِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنَ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ذَكَرَ حَدِيثًا رَوَاهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ رَوَى عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَدِيثًا غَيْرَهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ يُرِدْ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهُّ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَا تَزَالُ عِصَابَةٌ مِنْ الْمُسْلِمِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَ عَلَى الْحَقِّ ظَاهِرِينَ عَلَى مَنْ نَاوَأَهُمْ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Kathir ibn Hisham narrated to us, saying: Ja'far narrated to us: Yazid ibn al-Asamm narrated to us, who said: I heard Mu'awiya ibn Abi Sufyan mention a hadith he related from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, which I had not heard - he related no other hadith from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, besides it - that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'Whoever Allah wishes good for, He grants him understanding of the religion, and a group of the Muslims will continue fighting for the truth, victorious over whoever opposes them, until the Day of Resurrection.'
