حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْعَوَّامُ بْنُ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ كَانَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ كَلَامٌ فَأَغْلَظْتُ لَهُ فِي الْقَوْلِ فَانْطَلَقَ عَمَّارٌ يَشْكُونِي إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَجَاءَ خَالِدٌ وَهُوَ يَشْكُوهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فَجَعَلَ يُغْلِظُ لَهُ وَلَا يَزِيدُ إِلَّا غِلْظَةً وَالنَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَاكِتٌ لَا يَتَكَلَّمُ فَبَكَى عَمَّارٌ وَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَلَا تَرَاهُ فَرَفَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأْسَهُ قَالَ مَنْ عَادَى عَمَّارًا عَادَاهُ اللَّهُ وَمَنْ أَبْغَضَ عَمَّارًا أَبْغَضَهُ اللَّهُ قَالَ خَالِدٌ فَخَرَجْتُ فَمَا كَانَ شَيْءٌ أَحَبَّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ رِضَا عَمَّارٍ فَلَقِيتُهُ فَرَضِيَ قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ أَبِي مَرَّتَيْنِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yazid ibn Harun told us: al-Awwam ibn Hawshab informed us, from Salamah ibn Kuhayl, from Alqamah, from Khalid ibn al-Walid, who said: There were words between me and Ammar ibn Yasir, and I spoke harshly to him. Ammar went to complain about me to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and Khalid came, complaining about him to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. He said: He began to speak harshly to him, and grew only harsher, while the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, remained silent, saying nothing. Ammar wept and said: O Messenger of Allah, do you not see him? So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, raised his head and said: Whoever shows enmity to Ammar, Allah shows enmity to him; and whoever hates Ammar, Allah hates him. Khalid said: So I went out, and nothing was dearer to me than Ammar's approval, and I met him and he became pleased with me. Abdullah said: I heard it from my father twice.
