قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ وَعَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ بَيْنَمَا رَجُلٌ يُصَلِّي وَهُوَ مُسْبِلٌ إِزَارَهُ إِذْ قَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اذْهَبْ فَتَوَضَّأْ قَالَ فَذَهَبَ فَتَوَضَّأَ ثُمَّ جَاءَ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اذْهَبْ فَتَوَضَّأْ قَالَ فَذَهَبَ فَتَوَضَّأَ ثُمَّ جَاءَ فَقَالَ مَا لَكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا لَكَ أَمَرْتَهُ يَتَوَضَّأُ ثُمَّ سَكَتَّ قَالَ إِنَّهُ كَانَ يُصَلِّي وَهُوَ مُسْبِلٌ إِزَارَهُ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَا يَقْبَلُ صَلَاةَ عَبْدٍ مُسْبِلٍ إِزَارَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yunus ibn Muhammad told us: Aban and 'Abd al-Samad told us: Hisham told us, from Yahya, from Abu Ja'far, from 'Ata' ibn Yasar, from one of the Companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: While a man was praying with his lower garment hanging down, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said to him, "Go and perform ablution." He said: So he went and performed ablution, then came back. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said to him again, "Go and perform ablution." He said: So he went and performed ablution, then came back and said, "What is the matter, O Messenger of Allah? What is the matter? You commanded him to perform ablution, then you fell silent." He said: "He was praying with his lower garment hanging down, and Allah, Mighty and Sublime, does not accept the prayer of a servant whose lower garment hangs down."
