قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ مُهَاجِرٍ الصَّائِغِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ لَمْ يُسَمِّهِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَجُلًا يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَأُ قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ قَالَ أَمَّا هَذَا فَقَدْ بَرِئَ مِنْ الشِّرْكِ وَسَمِعَ آخَرَ يَقْرَأُ قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ فَقَالَ أَمَّا هَذَا فَقَدْ غُفِرَ لَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
al-Aswad ibn 'Amir told us: Sharik told us, from Muhajir al-Sa'igh, from a man not named among the Companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: that he heard a man - meaning the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him - reciting "Say: O disbelievers," and he said: "As for this one, he has freed himself from associating partners with Allah." And he heard another reciting "Say: He is Allah, the One," and he said: "As for this one, he has been forgiven."
