قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ عَنْ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَفِي صَدْرِهِ أَزِيزٌ كَأَزِيزِ الْمِرْجَلِ مِنْ الْبُكَاءِ قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ لَمْ يَقُلْ مِنْ الْبُكَاءِ إِلَّا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ.

He said: Yazid told us: Hammad ibn Salamah told us, from Thabit al-Bunani, from Mutarrif ibn 'Abd Allah, from his father, who said: I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, with a sound in his chest like the bubbling of a boiling pot, from weeping. 'Abd Allah said: No one said 'from weeping' except Yazid ibn Harun.
