He said, Ibn Numayr told us: Hisham told us, from his father, from Abdullah ibn Zam'a, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, delivered a sermon, and he mentioned the she-camel and the one who hamstrung her, and said, '{when the most wretched of them was sent forth}' — there was sent forth for her a fierce man, mighty and formidable among his people, like Abu Zam'a. Then he mentioned women and admonished them concerning them, and said, 'Why does one of you flog his wife as one flogs a slave, and perhaps he lies with her at the end of his day?' Then he admonished them about their laughing at flatulence, and said, 'Why does one of you laugh at what he does?'
