حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَقِيلٍ يَعْنِي الثَّقَفِيَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَقِيلٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ أَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ سَبْرَةَ بْنِ أَبِي فَاكِهٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ قَعَدَ لِابْنِ آدَمَ بِأَطْرُقِهِ فَقَعَدَ لَهُ بِطَرِيقِ الْإِسْلَامِ فَقَالَ لَهُ أَتُسْلِمُ وَتَذَرُ دِينَكَ وَدِينَ آبَائِكَ وَآبَاءِ أَبِيكَ قَالَ فَعَصَاهُ فَأَسْلَمَ ثُمَّ قَعَدَ لَهُ بِطَرِيقِ الْهِجْرَةِ فَقَالَ أَتُهَاجِرُ وَتَذَرُ أَرْضَكَ وَسَمَاءَكَ وَإِنَّمَا مَثَلُ الْمُهَاجِرِ كَمَثَلِ الْفَرَسِ فِي الطِّوَلِ قَالَ فَعَصَاهُ فَهَاجَرَ قَالَ ثُمَّ قَعَدَ لَهُ بِطَرِيقِ الْجِهَادِ فَقَالَ لَهُ هُوَ جَهْدُ النَّفْسِ وَالْمَالِ فَتُقَاتِلُ فَتُقْتَلُ فَتُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ وَيُقَسَّمُ الْمَالُ قَالَ فَعَصَاهُ فَجَاهَدَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَمَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ مِنْهُمْ فَمَاتَ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ أَوْ قُتِلَ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ وَإِنْ غَرِقَ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ أَوْ وَقَصَتْهُ دَابَّتُهُ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hashim b. al-Qasim narrated to us: Abu Aqil — that is al-Thaqafi, Abdullah b. Aqil — narrated to us: Musa b. al-Musayyab narrated to us: Salim b. Abi al-Ja'd informed me, from Sabrah b. Abi Fakih, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "Satan lies in wait for the son of Adam at every one of his paths. He waited for him at the path of Islam, saying, 'Will you become Muslim and abandon your religion and the religion of your fathers and forefathers?' But he disobeyed him and became Muslim. Then he waited for him at the path of emigration, saying, 'Will you emigrate and abandon your land and your sky? The example of the emigrant is like that of a horse tethered by a rope.' But he disobeyed him and emigrated. Then he waited for him at the path of jihad, saying to him, 'It is an exertion of self and wealth: you will fight and be killed, your wife will be remarried and your wealth divided.' But he disobeyed him and fought." The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever does that among them and dies, it is a right upon Allah that He admit him to Paradise; or is killed, it is a right upon Allah, Mighty and Majestic, that He admit him to Paradise; or is drowned, it is a right upon Allah that He admit him to Paradise; or his mount throws him and breaks his neck, it is a right upon Allah that He admit him to Paradise."
