حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ زُرْعَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ جَرْهَدٍ عَنْ جَرْهَدٍ جَدِّهِ وَنَفَرٍ مِنْ أَسْلَمَ سِوَاهُ ذَوِي رِضًا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ عَلَى جَرْهَدٍ وَفَخِذُ جَرْهَدٍ مَكْشُوفَةٌ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَا جَرْهَدُ غَطِّ فَخِذَكَ فَإِنَّ يَا جَرْهَدُ الْفَخِذَ عَوْرَةٌ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Husayn ibn Muhammad narrated to us: Ibn Abi al-Zinad narrated to us from his father, from Zur'ah ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Jarhad, from Jarhad his grandfather, and a group of trustworthy men of Aslam besides him, that the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, passed by Jarhad while Jarhad's thigh was uncovered in the mosque, and the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said to him: O Jarhad, cover your thigh, for indeed, O Jarhad, the thigh is [part of] the private area.
