حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُبَارَكُ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْمُحَبِّقِ قَالَ سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الرَّجُلِ يُوَاقِعُ جَارِيَةَ امْرَأَتِهِ قَالَ إِنْ أَكْرَهَهَا فَهِيَ حُرَّةٌ وَلَهَا عَلَيْهِ مِثْلُهَا وَإِنْ طَاوَعَتْهُ فَهِيَ أَمَتُهُ وَلَهَا عَلَيْهِ مِثْلُهَا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu al-Nadr narrated to us: al-Mubarak narrated to us from al-Hasan, from Salamah ibn al-Muhabbiq, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, was asked about a man who has intercourse with his wife's slave-girl. He said: If he forced her, she becomes free, and she has a claim against him equal to her value; and if she consented to him, she becomes his slave, and she still has a claim against him equal to her value.
