حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ ذَرٍّ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ جَاءَنَا مِنْ عِنْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ أَمْرٍ كَانَ يَرْفُقُ بِنَا وَطَاعَةُ اللَّهِ وَطَاعَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَرْفَقُ بِنَا نَهَانَا أَنْ نَزْرَعَ أَرْضًا إِلَّا أَرْضًا يَمْلِكُ أَحَدُنَا رَقَبَتَهَا أَوْ مِنْحَةَ رَجُلٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Waki' told us: Umar ibn Dharr told us, from Mujahid, from Ibn Rafi' ibn Khadij, from his father, who said: He came to us from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, has forbidden a matter that was of ease to us, but obedience to Allah and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, is of greater ease to us. He has forbidden us from cultivating any land except land whose ownership one of us possesses, or land lent by another man."
