Abu al-Yaman told us, saying: Shu'ayb informed us, from al-Zuhri, who said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Ka'b ibn Malik informed us that Ka'b ibn Malik al-Ansari - one of the three whose repentance was accepted - used to relate that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The soul of the believer is only a bird that feeds among the trees of Paradise, until Allah, Blessed and Exalted, returns it to its body on the day He resurrects it."
