حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ سَعْدِ عَنْ ابْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَلْعَقُ أَصَابِعَهُ الثَّلَاثَ مِنْ الطَّعَامِ.

Abd al-Rahman told us, from Sufyan, from Sa'd, from Ibn Ka'b ibn Malik, from his father, who said: I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, lick his three fingers after eating.
