حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ عَرْشُ إِبْلِيسَ عَلَى الْبَحْرِ ثُمَّ يَبْعَثُ سَرَايَاهُ فَيَفْتِنُونَ النَّاسَ فَأَعْظَمُهُمْ عِنْدَهُ أَعْظَمُهُمْ فِتْنَةً.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Rawh told us, from Ibn Jurayj, Abu al-Zubayr informed me, that he heard Jabir ibn Abdullah say: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: The throne of Iblis is upon the sea. He sends out his troops, and they tempt the people; the one most exalted in his esteem is the one who causes the greatest tribulation.
