'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi told us, Zuhayr told us, from 'Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn 'Aqil, from Jabir, that a man came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and said, "Tell me, if I strive in the way of Allah with myself and my wealth until I am killed steadfastly, seeking reward, advancing and not retreating, will I enter Paradise?" He said, "Yes, unless you leave behind a debt that you have no means to repay."
