حَدَّثَنَا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ وَكَثِيرُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ اشْتَكَيْتُ وَعِنْدِي سَبْعُ أَخَوَاتٍ لِي فَدَخَلَ عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَنَضَحَ فِي وَجْهِي فَأَفَقْتُ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أُوصِي لِأَخَوَاتِي بِالثُّلُثَيْنِ قَالَ أَحْسِنْ قُلْتُ بِالشَّطْرِ قَالَ أَحْسِنْ قَالَ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ وَتَرَكَنِي ثُمَّ رَجَعَ فَقَالَ يَا جَابِرُ إِنِّي لَا أَرَاكَ مَيِّتًا مِنْ وَجَعِكَ هَذَا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قَدْ أَنْزَلَ فَبَيَّنَ الَّذِي لِأَخَوَاتِكَ فَجَعَلَ لَهُنَّ الثُّلُثَيْنِ فَكَانَ جَابِرٌ يَقُولُ نَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ فِيَّ { يَسْتَفْتُونَكَ قُلْ اللَّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِي الْكَلَالَةِ }.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Azhar ibn al-Qasim and Kathir ibn Hisham told us, they said Hisham told us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, who said: I fell ill while I had seven sisters with me. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, came in to visit me and sprinkled water on my face, and I regained consciousness. I said, "O Messenger of Allah, shall I bequeath two-thirds to my sisters?" He said, "Do good." I said, "Half?" He said, "Do good." Then he left and left me, then he returned and said, "O Jabir, I do not think you will die from this illness of yours, for Allah, Mighty and Majestic, has sent down revelation making clear what belongs to your sisters, giving them two-thirds." Jabir used to say: This verse was revealed concerning me: "They request from you a ruling. Say, 'Allah gives you a ruling concerning inheritance in the case of a person who has no descendants or ascendants.'"
