حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يُقَادُ وَالِدٌ مِنْ وَلَدٍ. وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَرِثُ الْمَالَ مَنْ يَرِثُ الْوَلَاءَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
It was narrated from Umar that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: `No father is to be killed in retaliatory punishment for his son` And the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: `The one who inherits loyalty (wala - loyalty of a free slave) also inherits his wealth
