حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تَمْشِ فِي نَعْلٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَلَا تَحْتَبِ فِي إِزَارٍ وَاحِدٍ وَلَا تَأْكُلْ بِشِمَالِكَ وَلَا تَشْتَمِلْ الصَّمَّاءَ وَلَا تَضَعْ إِحْدَى رِجْلَيْكَ عَلَى الْأُخْرَى إِذَا اسْتَلْقَيْتَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Bakr informed us: Ibn Jurayj told us, and said: Abu al-Zubayr informed me that he heard Jabir ibn Abdullah say: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Do not walk in a single sandal, do not sit wrapped up in a single garment held to the knees, do not eat with your left hand, do not wrap yourself completely in one garment leaving no opening for your arms, and do not place one of your feet upon the other while lying on your back."
