حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ أَرْسَلَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ مُنْطَلِقٌ إِلَى بَنِي الْمُصْطَلِقِ فَأَتَيْتُهُ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي عَلَى بَعِيرِهِ فَكَلَّمْتُهُ فَقَالَ بِيَدِهِ هَكَذَا ثُمَّ كَلَّمْتُهُ فَقَالَ بِيَدِهِ هَكَذَا وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُهُ يَقْرَأُ وَيُومِئُ بِرَأْسِهِ فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ قَالَ مَا فَعَلْتَ فِي الَّذِي أَرْسَلْتُكَ فَإِنَّهُ لَمْ يَمْنَعْنِي إِلَّا أَنِّي كُنْتُ أُصَلِّي.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hashim told us, Zuhayr told us, Abu al-Zubayr told us, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, sent me with a message while he was on his way to Banu al-Mustaliq. I came to him while he was praying on his camel, and I spoke to him, and he gestured with his hand like this; then I spoke to him again, and he gestured with his hand like this, while I could hear him reciting and nodding his head. When he finished, he said, "What did you do about what I sent you for? Nothing prevented me except that I was praying."
