Husayn told us, Aban told us, from Qatadah, Anas told us that a Jew took ornaments from a slave girl, then set upon her and crushed her head between two stones. They found the girl while a spark of life still remained in her, so they took her and went about with her among the people, asking: "Was it this one, or this one?" until they brought her to the man, and she nodded toward him with her head. So the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, ordered that his head be crushed between two stones.
