حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَزْرَةُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ثُمَامَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ أَنَسًا كَانَ لَا يَرُدُّ الطِّيبَ وَيَزْعُمُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ لَا يَرُدُّ الطِّيبَ.

al-Fadl ibn Dukayn told us, 'Azrah ibn Thabit al-Ansari told us, who said: Thumamah ibn Abdullah ibn Anas told me that Anas never refused perfume, and he claimed that the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, never refused perfume.
