حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ الْأَحْوَلُ حَدَّثَتْنِي حَفْصَةُ بِنْتُ سِيرِينَ قَالَتْ قَالَ لِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ بِمَ مَاتَ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ فَقُلْتُ بِالطَّاعُونِ فَقَالَ أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الطَّاعُونُ شَهَادَةٌ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
‘Affan told us, ‘Abd al-Wahid ibn Ziyad told us, ‘Asim al-Ahwal told us, Hafsah bint Sirin told me, she said: Anas ibn Malik said to me, "What did Yahya ibn Abi ‘Amrah die of?" I said, "Of the plague." Anas ibn Malik said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "The plague is martyrdom for every Muslim."
