حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ تُبَاعَ الثَّمَرَةُ حَتَّى تَزْهُوَ وَعَنْ الْعِنَبِ حَتَّى يَسْوَدَّ وَعَنْ الْحَبِّ حَتَّى يَشْتَدَّ.

Hasan told us: Hammad ibn Salama told us, from Humayd, from Anas ibn Malik, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade that fruit be sold before it ripens, and grapes before they turn black, and grain before it hardens.
