حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الْمَدَائِنِيُّ وَهُوَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ أَمَامَ الدَّجَّالِ سِنِينَ خَدَّاعَةً يُكَذَّبُ فِيهَا الصَّادِقُ وَيُصَدَّقُ فِيهَا الْكَاذِبُ وَيُخَوَّنُ فِيهَا الْأَمِينُ وَيُؤْتَمَنُ فِيهَا الْخَائِنُ وَيَتَكَلَّمُ فِيهَا الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ قِيلَ وَمَا الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ قَالَ الْفُوَيْسِقُ يَتَكَلَّمُ فِي أَمْرِ الْعَامَّةِ.

Abu Ja'far al-Mada'ini, who is Muhammad ibn Ja'far, told us: Abbad ibn al-Awwam told us: Muhammad ibn Ishaq told us, from Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Indeed, before the Dajjal there will be deceptive years, in which the truthful one will be disbelieved and the liar will be believed, in which the trustworthy one will be considered treacherous and the treacherous one will be trusted, and in which the ruwaybida will speak. It was said: And what is the ruwaybida? He said: The base, corrupt little man who speaks about the affairs of the general public.
