حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا خَارِجَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مِنْ وَلَدِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ انْصَرَفْنَا مِنْ الظُّهْرِ مَعَ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ فَدَخَلْنَا عَلَى أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ فَقَالَ يَا جَارِيَةُ انْظُرِي هَلْ حَانَتْ قَالَ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ فَقُلْنَا لَهُ إِنَّمَا انْصَرَفْنَا مِنْ الظُّهْرِ الْآنَ مَعَ الْإِمَامِ قَالَ فَقَامَ فَصَلَّى الْعَصْرَ ثُمَّ قَالَ هَكَذَا كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abd al-Malik ibn Amr told us: Kharija ibn Abdullah, of the descendants of Zayd ibn Thabit, told us, from his father, who said: We returned from the Dhuhr prayer with Kharija ibn Zayd and entered upon Anas ibn Malik. He said: O servant girl, look and see whether the time has come. She said: Yes. We said to him: We have only just returned from Dhuhr now with the imam. He got up and prayed Asr, then said: This is how we used to pray with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.
