Abd al-Malik ibn Amr told us, from Ibn Abi Dhi'b, from al-Zuhri, from Anas ibn Malik, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to pray the Asr prayer while the sun was still white and bright; then one who was going to al-'Awali would go and arrive there while the sun was still high.
