Hisham told us: 'Abd al-Malik told us: Hisham told us, from Qatadah, from Anas, who said: A man, or a bedouin, came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and said, "O Messenger of Allah, when is the Hour?" He said, "And what have you prepared for it?" He said, "I have not prepared for it anything, except that I love Allah and His Messenger." He said, "You are with those whom you love." Anas said: I have never seen the Muslims rejoice at anything after Islam more than they rejoiced that day.
