حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَتَّابًا مَوْلَى ابْنِ هُرْمُزَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ بَايَعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِي هَذِهِ يَعْنِي الْيُمْنَى عَلَى السَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ فِيمَا اسْتَطَعْتُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: Shu'bah told us, who said: I heard 'Attab, the freedman of Ibn Hurmuz, say: I heard Anas ibn Malik say: I pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, with this hand of mine — meaning the right hand — to hear and obey as much as I am able.
