حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ أَهْلَ الْيَمَنِ قَدِمُوا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالُوا ابْعَثْ مَعَنَا رَجُلًا يُعَلِّمُنَا فَأَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ بْنِ الْجَرَّاحِ فَأَرْسَلَهُ مَعَهُمْ فَقَالَ هَذَا أَمِينُ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hasan narrated to us: Hammad ibn Salama narrated to us, from Thabit al-Bunani, from Anas ibn Malik: that the people of Yemen came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and said: "Send with us a man to teach us." So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, took the hand of Abu 'Ubayda ibn al-Jarrah and sent him with them, saying: "This is the trustee of this nation."
