حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ شُمَيْطٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ الْحَنَفِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِنَّ الْمَسْأَلَةَ لَا تَحِلُّ إِلَّا لِثَلَاثَةٍ لِذِي فَقْرٍ مُدْقِعٍ أَوْ لِذِي غُرْمٍ مُفْظِعٍ أَوْ لِذِي دَمٍ مُوجِعٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Anas ibn Malik reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Asking for charity is not permissible except for three: one in dire poverty, one burdened with an overwhelming debt, or one who owes a painful blood-money."
