حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ بِرَجُلٍ وَهُوَ يُهَادَى بَيْنَ ابْنَيْهِ قَالُوا نَذَرَ أَنْ يَمْشِيَ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَغَنِيٌّ عَنْ تَعْذِيبِ هَذَا لِنَفْسِهِ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَرْكَبَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya narrated to us, from Humayd, from Thabit, from Anas: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, passed by a man being supported between his two sons. They said, "He vowed to walk [to a certain place]." He said: "Allah has no need of this man torturing himself," and he ordered him to ride.
