حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَمُرَّ بَيْنَكَ وَبَيْنَ سُتْرَتِكَ أَحَدٌ فَارْدُدْهُ فَإِنْ أَبَى فَادْفَعْهُ فَإِنْ أَبَى فَقَاتِلْهُ فَإِنَّمَا هُوَ شَيْطَانٌ.

Abdur-Razzaq told us: Dawud ibn Qays told us, from Zayd ibn Aslam, from Abdur-Rahman ibn Abi Sa'id, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say, "If someone wants to pass between you and your sutrah, push him back; if he refuses, push him [more forcefully]; if he refuses, fight him, for he is only a devil."
