حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُسْتَمِرُّ بْنُ الرَّيَّانِ الْإِيَادِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نَضْرَةَ الْعَبْدِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَكَرَ الدُّنْيَا فَقَالَ إِنَّ الدُّنْيَا خَضِرَةٌ حُلْوَةٌ فَاتَّقُوهَا وَاتَّقُوا النِّسَاءَ ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ نِسْوَةً ثَلَاثًا مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ امْرَأَتَيْنِ طَوِيلَتَيْنِ تُعْرَفَانِ وَامْرَأَةً قَصِيرَةً لَا تُعْرَفُ فَاتَّخَذَتْ رِجْلَيْنِ مِنْ خَشَبٍ وَصَاغَتْ خَاتَمًا فَحَشَتْهُ مِنْ أَطْيَبِ الطِّيبِ الْمِسْكِ وَجَعَلَتْ لَهُ غَلَقًا فَإِذَا مَرَّتْ بِالْمَلَإِ أَوْ بِالْمَجْلِسِ قَالَتْ بِهِ فَفَتَحَتْهُ فَفَاحَ رِيحُهُ قَالَ الْمُسْتَمِرُّ بِخِنْصَرِهِ الْيُسْرَى فَأَشْخَصَهَا دُونَ أَصَابِعِهِ الثَّلَاثِ شَيْئًا وَقَبَضَ الثَّلَاثَةَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abd al-Samad narrated to us, al-Mustamirr ibn al-Rayyan al-Iyadi narrated to us, Abu Nadrah al-Abdi narrated to us, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, mentioned the world and said: "Indeed the world is green and sweet, so beware of it, and beware of women." Then he mentioned three women of the Children of Israel: two tall women who were well-known, and a short woman who was not known. So she made two wooden legs to appear taller, and fashioned a ring which she filled with the finest perfume, musk, and put a lock on it. When she passed by a gathering or an assembly, she would touch it and open it, and its scent would spread. Al-Mustamirr indicated with his left little finger, raising it apart from his other three fingers while keeping the three closed.
