حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُتِيَ بِضَبٍّ فَقَلَّبَهُ بِعُودٍ كَانَ فِي يَدِهِ ظَهْرَهُ لِبَطْنِهِ فَقَالَ تَاهَ سِبْطٌ مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ فَإِنْ يَكُنْ فَهُوَ هَذَا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Isma'il ibn Muhammad narrated to us, Abbad ibn Abbad narrated to us, Bishr ibn Harb narrated to us, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was brought a lizard, and he turned it over with a stick that was in his hand, its back to its belly, and said: "A tribe of the Children of Israel went astray; if it is anything, this is it."
