حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ عَنْ يَزِيدَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْهَادِ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ إِبْلِيسَ قَالَ لِرَبِّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَعِزَّتِكَ وَجَلَالِكَ لَا أَبْرَحُ أُغْوِي بَنِي آدَمَ مَا دَامَتْ الْأَرْوَاحُ فِيهِمْ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَبُّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فَبِعِزَّتِي وَجَلَالِي لَا أَبْرَحُ أَغْفِرُ لَهُمْ مَا اسْتَغْفَرُونِي.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yunus told us, Layth told us, from Yazid - meaning Ibn al-Had - from 'Amr, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say, "Indeed, Iblis said to his Lord, Mighty and Sublime, 'By Your might and Your majesty, I will not cease to lead the children of Adam astray as long as their spirits remain in them.' His Lord, Mighty and Sublime, said to him, 'By My might and My majesty, I will not cease to forgive them as long as they seek My forgiveness.'"
