حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ أَخْبَرَنَا وَرْقَاءُ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَقُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي إِنْ شِئْتَ اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْنِي إِنْ شِئْتَ لِيَعْزِمْ الْمَسْأَلَةَ فَإِنَّهُ لَا مُكْرِهَ لَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'There will be leaders after me who will not be guided by my guidance and will not follow my Sunnah. Among them will be men who have hearts of devils in the bodies of human beings.' He was asked: 'What should I do, O Messenger of Allah, if I reach that time?' He said: 'You listen to the leader and obey him, even if he flogs your back and takes your wealth — listen and obey.'
