حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا الْعَوَّامُ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ أَوْصَانِي خَلِيلِي صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِثَلَاثٍ وَلَسْتُ بِتَارِكِهِنَّ فِي سَفَرٍ وَلَا حَضَرٍ أَنْ لَا أَنَامَ إِلَّا عَلَى وِتْرٍ وَأَنْ أَصُومَ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ وَأَنْ لَا أَدَعَ رَكْعَتَيْ الضُّحَى فَإِنَّهَا صَلَاةُ الْأَوَّابِينَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Hurayrah said: 'My beloved (peace be upon him) advised me with three things that I will never abandon, whether traveling or at home: not to sleep without praying the witr, to fast three days of every month, and not to neglect the two rak'ahs of Duha prayer, for it is the prayer of the oft-repentant.'
