حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ بَلَغَنِي أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى أَنَّ الْوَلَدَ لِصَاحِبِ الْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ عَنْ خِلَاسٍ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: 'Awf told us, from al-Hasan, who said: It has reached me that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, ruled that the child belongs to the [owner of the marriage] bed, and for the adulterer is disappointment [literally, the stone]. Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: 'Awf told us, from Khilas, from Abu Rafi', from Abu Hurayrah, from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, similar to that.
