حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنْ بُدَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْجَوْزَاءِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَفْتَتِحُ الصَّلاَةَ بِالتَّكْبِيرِ وَالْقِرَاءَةَ بِـ { الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ } وَكَانَ إِذَا رَكَعَ لَمْ يُشْخِصْ رَأْسَهُ وَلَمْ يُصَوِّبْهُ وَلَكِنْ بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ وَكَانَ إِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ لَمْ يَسْجُدْ حَتَّى يَسْتَوِيَ قَائِمًا وَكَانَ إِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ السُّجُودِ لَمْ يَسْجُدْ حَتَّى يَسْتَوِيَ قَاعِدًا وَكَانَ يَقُولُ فِي كُلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ " التَّحِيَّاتُ " . وَكَانَ إِذَا جَلَسَ يَفْرِشُ رِجْلَهُ الْيُسْرَى وَيَنْصِبُ رِجْلَهُ الْيُمْنَى وَكَانَ يَنْهَى عَنْ عَقِبِ الشَّيْطَانِ وَعَنْ فِرْشَةِ السَّبُعِ وَكَانَ يَخْتِمُ الصَّلاَةَ بِالتَّسْلِيمِ .
انگریزی ترجمہ
Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat Aisha Siddiqah (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrates: 'The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) used to open the prayer with the takbir and begin the recitation with "Al-hamdu lillahi Rabbil-'alamin" (All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of all the worlds). When he (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) bowed, he neither raised his blessed head up nor bent it down, but kept it level in between. When he raised his blessed head from bowing, he would not prostrate until he stood upright. When he raised his head from prostration, he would not prostrate (again) until he sat upright. In every two rak'ahs, he would recite the Tashahhud (al-Tahiyyat). When he sat, he would spread his left foot and keep his right foot upright. He (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) forbade sitting like the heel of Shaytan ('uqb al-Shaytan — i.e., sitting on the heels) and spreading the arms like a beast of prey. He (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) would conclude the prayer with the taslim (salutation).'
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا فرماتی ہیں: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نماز کا آغاز تکبیر سے فرماتے اور قراءت «اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِين» سے شروع فرماتے۔ جب رکوع فرماتے تو نہ سر اونچا کرتے نہ جھکاتے بلکہ درمیان میں (برابر) رکھتے۔ جب رکوع سے سرِ اقدس اٹھاتے تو سیدھے کھڑے ہوئے بغیر سجدہ نہ فرماتے۔ اور جب سجدے سے سر اٹھاتے تو سیدھے بیٹھے بغیر (دوسرا) سجدہ نہ فرماتے۔ ہر دو رکعتوں میں التحیات پڑھتے۔ جب بیٹھتے تو بایاں پاؤں بچھاتے اور دایاں پاؤں کھڑا رکھتے۔ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم شیطان کی ایڑی (عُقبِ شیطان — یعنی ایڑیوں پر بیٹھنے) سے منع فرماتے اور درندے کی طرح ہاتھ بچھانے سے منع فرماتے۔ اور نماز کا اختتام سلام سے فرماتے۔
