حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يُصَلِّي صَلاَتَهُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ وَهِيَ مُعْتَرِضَةٌ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةِ رَاقِدَةً عَلَى الْفِرَاشِ الَّذِي يَرْقُدُ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُوتِرَ أَيْقَظَهَا فَأَوْتَرَتْ .
انگریزی ترجمہ
Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat Aisha Siddiqah (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrates that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) used to pray his night prayer while she would be lying between him and the qiblah, sleeping on the same bed on which he (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) slept. When he (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) wished to pray the Witr, he would wake her up and she would also pray the Witr.
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم رات کی نماز پڑھتے اور وہ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے اور قبلے کے درمیان سوئی ہوتی تھیں — اسی بستر پر جس پر آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سوتے تھے — حتّٰی کہ جب آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم وتر پڑھنا چاہتے تو انہیں جگاتے اور وہ بھی وتر پڑھتیں۔
