حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا سَمِعَ الْمُؤَذِّنَ يَتَشَهَّدُ قَالَ " وَأَنَا وَأَنَا " .
انگریزی ترجمہ
Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat Aisha Siddiqah (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrates that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), when he heard the mu'adhdhin pronounce the testimony (Ashhadu an la ilaha illa Allah, Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulullah), would say: 'And I (testify) too, and I (testify) too.'
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم جب مؤذن کو شہادت (اشهد ان لا اله الا الله، اشهد ان محمدا رسول الله) کہتے سنتے تو فرماتے: وَأَنَا وَأَنَا (اور میں بھی، اور میں بھی — یعنی میں بھی گواہی دیتا ہوں)۔
