حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ ثَوْرٍ، حَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ، قَالَ خَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم زَمَنَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ . قَالَ فَأَتَاهُ - يَعْنِي عُرْوَةَ بْنَ مَسْعُودٍ - فَجَعَلَ يُكَلِّمُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَكُلَّمَا كَلَّمَهُ أَخَذَ بِلِحْيَتِهِ وَالْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ قَائِمٌ عَلَى رَأْسِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَمَعَهُ السَّيْفُ وَعَلَيْهِ الْمِغْفَرُ فَضَرَبَ يَدَهُ بِنَعْلِ السَّيْفِ وَقَالَ أَخِّرْ يَدَكَ عَنْ لِحْيَتِهِ . فَرَفَعَ عُرْوَةُ رَأْسَهُ فَقَالَ مَنْ هَذَا قَالُوا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ .
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hadrat al-Miswar ibn Makhramah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) set out at the time of Hudaybiyyah — then he mentioned the full narration. He said: Then ('Urwah ibn Mas'ud al-Thaqafi) came to him and began speaking with the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). Every time he spoke, he would grasp the blessed beard of the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). Hadrat al-Mughirah ibn Shu'bah (may Allah be well pleased with him) was standing at the head of the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), bearing a sword and wearing a helmet. He struck 'Urwah's hand with the pommel of the sword and said: Remove your hand from his blessed beard! 'Urwah raised his head and asked: Who is this? They said: al-Mughirah ibn Shu'bah.
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت مسور بن مخرمہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم حدیبیہ کے موقع پر نکلے — پھر انہوں نے پوری حدیث بیان کی۔ فرمایا: پھر (عروہ بن مسعود ثقفی) آپ کے پاس آئے اور نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے باتیں کرنے لگے۔ جب بھی وہ بات کرتے تو آپ کی داڑھی مبارک پکڑ لیتے۔ حضرت مغیرہ بن شعبہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے سرہانے کھڑے تھے، ان کے پاس تلوار تھی اور سر پر خود تھا۔ انہوں نے عروہ کے ہاتھ پر تلوار کی نعل سے مارا اور فرمایا: اپنا ہاتھ آپ کی داڑھی مبارک سے ہٹاؤ! عروہ نے سر اٹھایا اور پوچھا: یہ کون ہے؟ لوگوں نے کہا: مغیرہ بن شعبہ۔
