حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي الْحَكَمُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الَّذِي يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ " يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ هَكَذَا الرِّوَايَةُ الصَّحِيحَةُ قَالَ " دِينَارٌ أَوْ نِصْفُ دِينَارٍ " . وَرُبَّمَا لَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ شُعْبَةُ .
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hadrat Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrates from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) regarding a man who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating: He (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: 'He should give one dinar or half a dinar in charity.' Abu Dawud states: The correct version states: 'one dinar or half a dinar.' And Shu'bah sometimes did not narrate this tradition in a marfu' form (i.e., attributed it to Hadrat Ibn Abbas rather than the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)).
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اس شخص کے بارے میں جو اپنی بیوی سے حالتِ حیض میں مجامعت کرے، ارشاد فرمایا: ایک دینار یا آدھا دینار صدقہ کرے۔ حضرت ابوداؤد فرماتے ہیں: صحیح روایت ایسے ہی ہے: ایک دینار یا آدھا دینار۔ اور شعبہ بعض اوقات اس روایت کو (نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم تک) مرفوع نہیں کرتے تھے۔
