حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ قَامَ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ فُلاَنًا ابْنِي عَاهَرْتُ بِأُمِّهِ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ دِعْوَةَ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ ذَهَبَ أَمْرُ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ " .
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hadrat 'Abdullah bin 'Amr (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrated that a man stood up and submitted: 'O Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), so-and-so is my son; I had illicit relations with his mother in the pre-Islamic era.' The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: 'There is no such claim of paternity in Islam. The affairs of the pre-Islamic era have been annulled. The child belongs to the owner of the bed, and the fornicator gets the stone (i.e., nothing).'
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک شخص کھڑا ہوا اور عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! فلاں میرا بیٹا ہے، میں نے زمانہ جاہلیت میں اس کی ماں سے زنا کیا تھا۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: اسلام میں اس طرح کے دعوے کی گنجائش نہیں، جاہلیت کا معاملہ ختم ہوا۔ بچہ صاحبِ فراش (بستر والے) کا ہے اور زانی کے لیے پتھر ہے (یعنی اس کا کوئی حق نہیں)۔
