حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبِيدَةُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ الْحَذَّاءُ، عَنِ الرُّكَيْنِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنْ حُصَيْنِ بْنِ قَبِيصَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ كُنْتُ رَجُلاً مَذَّاءً فَجَعَلْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ حَتَّى تَشَقَّقَ ظَهْرِي فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم - أَوْ ذُكِرَ لَهُ - فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَفْعَلْ إِذَا رَأَيْتَ الْمَذْىَ فَاغْسِلْ ذَكَرَكَ وَتَوَضَّأْ وُضُوءَكَ لِلصَّلاَةِ فَإِذَا فَضَخْتَ الْمَاءَ فَاغْتَسِلْ " .
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hadrat Ali (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates: I used to have excessive pre-seminal discharge (madhi), so I began bathing frequently until my back cracked. I mentioned this to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) — or it was mentioned to him (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: 'Do not do that. When you notice the pre-seminal fluid, wash your private part and perform ablution as you do for prayer. But when the seminal fluid gushes out, then take a full bath.'
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت علی المرتضیٰ کرّم اللہ تعالیٰ وجہہ الکریم فرماتے ہیں: مجھے مذی بہت زیادہ نکلا کرتی تھی، چنانچہ میں بار بار غسل کرنے لگا یہاں تک کہ میری پشت پھٹ گئی۔ میں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے — یا آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے — اس کا ذکر کیا تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: ایسا نہ کرو، جب تم مذی دیکھو تو اپنا عضوِ مخصوص دھو لو اور نماز کے وضو کی طرح وضو کر لو، اور جب منی اچھل کر نکلے تو غسل کرو۔
