نا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ:" إِنْ وَجَدَ أَنْفَقَ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ لَمْ يُكَلَّفْ إِلا مَا يُطِيقُ".

Al-Sha'bi said: "If he has the means, he should spend; and if he does not, he is not burdened beyond his capacity."
